Chikezie Eze, a contestant on the seventh season of 'American Idol,' was arrested for identity theft Thursday night at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills. Eze says he was trying to buy two bottles of cologne with a card he had never used before and it was flagged because there was something "untrue" on his credit card application. It is unknown what the “untrue” information was, Eze was recognized by the cashier and was detained by store security until police arrived. Eze was taken to a Beverly Hills jail and booked on felony identity theft. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
